Is there a set up fee or monthly fee to use AssuredTrade?
There are no set up fees, and every new member receives a two month FREE trial. After two months you will be charged our membership fee of £14.95 per month, you then pay a fee between £5 and £10 for each lead you are interested
in following up.
How much information can I see for each enquiry?
You can see answers to all the questions we asked the potential customer
and their
location.
How much does it cost to purchase a lead?
It depends on your business area, most of our leads are between £5 and £12
Why is AssuredTrade so cost effective?
You only pay to advertise your company to people who are looking for the
services you offer. Not only that, you only pay if you are interested in supplying
that customer. Compare this to traditional advertising where not everyone
will be interested in your ad and those that respond may not be suitable customers.
Is there a contract?
No, you can use the service as little or as much as you like.
How many leads do I have to purchase?
You can purchase every lead that comes in, or you can purchase none.
It's up to you.
How many other companies will purchase the same lead?
We ask customers how many quotes they would like, allowing a maximum of 5. For each enquiry you can see how many of your competitors have purchased the lead. The customer will be expecting a number of quotes so it is up to you to contact them and provide a proposal that betters your rivals, not neccessarily on price. This is the same as if you were to place an ad in the newspaper along side simliar businesses, it is likely the potential customer you attract will also be calling your competitors. The difference with us is that you only pay for an enquiry and not for the advert.
Does purchasing a lead guarantee me new business?
No, but you can be guaranteed that the customer you contact is interested in your services and your chances of securing business from this prospective customer is high.
I only want to purchase leads from customers in my town - is that possible?
Yes, you can see where the customer is based, and you can also filter to only see
enquiries from a given distance from your location.
How else can I filter leads?
One great fetaure of AssuredTrade is that you can go to your preferences
page and see the questions that we ask customers. For all the multiple choice
questions you can tick the answers that are relevant to you. When we get a lead
if the answers don't match the ones you chose we will not even show you that enquiry
so your'e not having to spend time filtering leads by hand.
If I purchase a lead and it turns our to be bogus will I get my money back?
Yes, we are only interested in supplying you with genuine leads, if any
enquiry turns out to be false we will credit your account.
How do I pay for leads?
To purchase leads you must maintain a positive account balance with us.
You can put money into your account online using our secure payment system provided
by WorldPay ( a Royal Bank of Scotland company). You can also pay by cheque or bank
transfer. Please contact us for details if you do not wish to pay online. Each time you purchase a lead
you account will be debited.
Can I have a credit account?
Yes, once you have worked with us for a few months we will be happy to
work on a credit basis, please contact us to apply for a credit account.
